Bit Digital has completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in the listed company Financière Marjos

The Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company Bit Digital has disclosed that it has completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Euronext-listed company Financière Marjos, by taking over the general partner Financière Louis David (holding 15.9%) and directly acquiring 9.1% of the shares, totaling a 25% stake in the company. Future plans will focus on a digital asset treasury strategy centered around Ethereum, direct investments, and the expansion of AI infrastructure, and it intends to rename itself to Bit Digital Europe.
