According to Cointelegraph, the Georgian Ministry of Justice has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the public blockchain Hedera to explore the migration of the country's land registration system onto the blockchain and the realization of real estate tokenization.

According to an announcement released by the Georgian Ministry of Justice on Monday, Minister of Justice Paata Salia held a meeting with representatives from Hedera to discuss the possibility of integrating blockchain technology into public infrastructure. Georgian officials stated that they are considering transferring the data of the national public registry to the blockchain network, hoping to "ensure greater property rights protection, process transparency, and reliability."
