Bloomberg analysts: The Bitcoin pullback this year is a normal fluctuation, still maintaining an average annual increase of about 50%

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that Bitcoin's performance this year is more of a natural pullback from last year's exceptionally strong surge. Bitcoin has accumulated a 122% increase in 2024, which is about five times the rise of other assets. Therefore, even if it consolidates or experiences a slight pullback after entering 2025, as long as it can maintain an average annual growth rate of around 50%, such "cooling periods" are considered normal.
He noted that the market's interpretation of Bitcoin's pullback is excessive, and similar situations are also very common in traditional assets like stocks.
