Putin: The U.S. side has expressed interest in conducting cryptocurrency mining near the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant

According to a Reuters report, Russian President Putin revealed to a businessman during a late-night meeting that Russia might be open to exchanging controlled parts of Ukraine, but he demanded the entire Donbas region.

Putin also mentioned the management issues of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant during the meeting and stated that discussions are underway for joint management of the plant by Russia and the United States. Additionally, Putin disclosed that the U.S. has expressed interest in conducting cryptocurrency mining near the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, and that the plant should be used to provide part of the electricity supply to Ukraine.
