According to the official announcement from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw has officially left her position.

It is reported that Caroline Crenshaw is a crypto skeptic who previously stated that the SEC's guidance on meme coins did not provide a clear legal definition. However, in February of this year, she published "Crypto 2.0: Regulatory Whip," arguing that the enforcement actions against Coinbase undermine regulatory credibility, leading people to mistakenly believe that law enforcement resources are deployed based on election cycles or in ways that favor the wealthy, which has drawn criticism.
