According to Cointelegraph, based on Eleanor Terrett's report, the "Digital Asset Market Transparency Act" will treat XRP, SOL, LTC, HBAR, DOGE, and LINK on par with BTC and ETH. The act applies if these digital assets become underlying assets for exchange-traded products before January 1, 2026.
