Ripple announced on platform X that it has obtained a preliminary license as an electronic money institution issued by the Luxembourg Financial Industry Supervisory Commission (CSSF) to further promote Ripple's payment business expansion within the European Union, which will introduce institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure to the region.
