According to Bitcoin Archive, the state of Kansas in the United States has proposed a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve Bill. This bill allows for up to 10% of state trust fund assets to be invested in Bitcoin ETFs. If the bill is passed, Kansas will become another U.S. state promoting the inclusion of Bitcoin in the state-level asset allocation framework, with related progress still pending legislative procedures.
