The Dingyifeng case involves Sui Guangyi and 30 others being prosecuted for issuing "DDO digital options" air coins

According to the official WeChat account of the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate, the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate has legally reviewed and filed a public prosecution against defendants Sui Guangyi, Ma Xiaoqiu, and 30 others for crimes of fundraising fraud, illegal absorption of public deposits, and money laundering, involving the illegal fundraising activities carried out by Shenzhen Dingyifeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Dingyifeng International Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and their affiliated companies in Shenzhen and other locations, to the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

The Futian Branch of the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau previously issued a notice stating that "Dingyifeng" and its affiliated companies issued false financial products and "DDO digital options" (which belong to "air coins"), engaged in illegal activities, and have suspected criminal offenses. A batch of assets related to "Dingyifeng" and its affiliated companies, including real estate, vehicles, equity, and bank account funds, have been sealed, seized, and frozen.
