Binance has currently applied for a MiCA license through the Greek regulatory authority and established a local holding company. It is reported that Binance's application is being expedited, with several large accounting firms, including Ernst & Young and KPMG, involved in the review process. If approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the license will allow Binance to operate and sell cryptocurrency services in all 27 EU member states under the MiCA passport framework.
