The Smarter Web Company allocates 955,000 shares of common stock according to the terms of the subscription agreement

The London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has placed 955,000 ordinary shares according to the terms of the subscription agreement.

The total amount raised from the subscription of the shares is £520,037 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.54 per share, with the company set to receive about 98.25% of the funds as settlement. The remaining ordinary shares not yet placed under the subscription agreement amount to 59,020,500 shares.
