MetaPlanet recorded a quarterly market value fluctuation loss of approximately 679 million dollars in Bitcoin

MetaPlanet announced that it has raised its performance expectations for the fiscal year 2025, with revenue increasing from 6.8 billion yen to 8.905 billion yen, and operating profit rising to 6.287 billion yen. However, due to a quarterly market value fluctuation of Bitcoin, it recorded an impairment loss of 104.636 billion yen (approximately 679 million USD), resulting in a net loss of 98.558 billion yen.
