In 2025, Bitcoin-related recruitment will grow by 6%, with a significant increase in demand for non-technical positions

According to a report by CoinTelegraph, Bitvocation's report shows that the total number of Bitcoin-related positions in 2025 is 1,801, up from 1,707 the previous year.

Among them, product manager is the most sought-after non-technical position, while the demand for director positions has increased tenfold. Other non-developer positions account for 74% of Bitcoin job vacancies, up from 69% in 2024.

Additionally, in 2025, over 150 companies solely involved in Bitcoin are hiring, led by Bitcoin miner Riot Platforms and Bitcoin payment company Lightspark, with the top 10 companies experiencing a 122% year-over-year growth.
