Circle's USDC circulation decreased by 3.4 billion within a week

According to official data, in the 7 days ending January 29, Circle issued approximately 5.2 billion USDC, redeemed about 8.6 billion USDC, and the circulation decreased by approximately 3.4 billion. The total circulation of USDC is 70.2 billion, with reserves of about 70.3 billion USD, including overnight reverse repos of about 41.2 billion USD; Treasury bills with maturities of less than 3 months of about 18.8 billion USD; deposits from systemically important institutions of about 9.4 billion USD; and other bank deposits of about 1 billion USD.
