Coinbase announced that Liquifi will be renamed Coinbase Token Manager, creating an end-to-end token management platform

Coinbase announced that on February 28, it will officially rename the token management platform Liquifi, which it acquired last year, to Coinbase Token Manager. The platform is positioned as an end-to-end token management solution, aimed at providing on-chain developers with comprehensive lifecycle management tools covering all aspects before and after token issuance, including automated vesting and distribution, real-time cap table management, compliance workflows, and integration with Coinbase Prime's institutional-grade custody solutions.

Coinbase stated that this move, combined with the recent acquisition of the fundraising platform Echo, will provide token issuers and investors with a one-stop service from financing and launching to secondary markets and custody infrastructure. Currently, several projects, including Optimism, Ethena, and Zora, are using the token management services of this platform.
