The U.S. Department of Labor stated that due to the ongoing resolution taking effect, all agencies of the U.S. Department of Labor have resumed normal full operations as of February 4, 2026 (Wednesday).
Previously, due to the resolution not passing, parts of the U.S. government were shut down, and the U.S. Department of Labor announced a delay in the release of the January non-farm report, which will be announced at a later time after operations resume.
