Bitwise submits Uniswap spot ETF S-1 registration document to the SEC

According to official documents, Bitwise has formally submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to apply for the Bitwise Uniswap ETF.

The product is managed by Bitwise Investment Advisers, with Coinbase Custody as the custodian. Currently, it does not participate in staking, but may introduce it in the future through amendments to the registration documents.
