He Yi: Chase is BD and not a listing manager, and has no decision-making power

Regarding the recent widely circulated interview with "former Binance listing manager Chase," He Yi clarified that Chase is not the listing manager, but rather in BD (Business Development).

"The Binance project analysis and DD (due diligence) listing team does not communicate with the project parties; all contract terms are handled by BD, but BD does not have decision-making power.
