Coinbase launches Coinbase Token Manager. The official statement indicates that the Token Manager will assist teams in managing token capital structure tables, automate vesting and distribution processes, optimize compliance operations, and seamlessly integrate with Prime institutional-grade custody solutions.

Previously, it was reported that Coinbase acquired the token management platform Liquifi and renamed it Coinbase Token Manager on February 28.
