JPMorgan: Retail investors' risk appetite in the U.S. stock market has cooled, with stock purchases down about 30%

According to Jin Shi reports, as the situation in the Middle East escalates and inflation concerns intensify, U.S. retail investors are reducing their support for the stock market, and risk appetite is cooling. A team led by strategist Arun Jain at JPMorgan stated that the weekly stock purchases by retail investors have decreased by about 30%. In the five trading days ending Wednesday, the total inflow of retail funds dropped to $6.7 billion, below the average level of $7.1 billion over the past 12 months. The inflow of funds into ETFs decreased by 22% to $6.3 billion.
