Michael Saylor posted on the X platform stating that the overview of digital credit includes:
- Acquiring a large amount of value-added capital (BTC);
- Issuing credit (STRC) against that capital, over-collateralized by equity;
- Monetizing part of the value-added gains through direct or derivative means (MSTR) to fund dividends.
