According to The Block, Ethereum block builder Eureka Labs has completed a $6.7 million seed round financing, co-led by Spark Capital and Collider Ventures, using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity combined with a token warrant structure.
The new funds will be used to advance its "programmable block" technology. Founded in December 2024, the startup has now become the fourth largest block builder on Ethereum, with its "programmable block" technology allowing for the addition of logic during the block building process, enabling features such as temporary credit within blocks and state-aware pre-computation, providing developers with more assurance at the block level.
