CoinShares will go public on Nasdaq through a SPAC merger

European crypto asset management company CoinShares has completed its merger with SPAC company Vine Hill Capital and will begin trading on Nasdaq today under the ticker symbol CSHR.
The transaction values the company at approximately $1.2 billion and includes a $50 million investment from institutional investors.
