According to Gate market data, the three major U.S. stock indices fell before the market opened, with the Nasdaq down 1.69%, the Dow down 1.19%, and the S&P 500 down 1.34%.

The seven major tech stocks generally declined, with Apple (AAPL) down 0.82%, Microsoft (MSFT) down 1.28%, Alphabet (GOOGL) down 2.28%, Amazon (AMZN) down 2.1%, Nvidia (NVDA) down 2.52%, Tesla (TSLA) down 2.35%, and Meta (META) down 2.38%.
