Horizon Finance is a decentralized interest rate market protocol that allows participants to swap between floating and fixed interest rates, enabling them to both speculate and manage the risk of their stablecoin portfolio and yield-generating farms. Users can deposit their funds and compete for preferential payments by capping their yield, thus outperforming or underperforming the benchmark interest rate.
